On 21–22 May 2026, our team had the opportunity to take part in a memorable team-building trip to Katowice. One of the highlights of the visit was a tour of the Guido Mine, where we descended 300 meters underground to explore the fascinating world of mining and discover the history of the region’s “black gold.” The underground tunnels, the mine’s unique atmosphere, and the engaging stories shared by our guides left a lasting impression on all of us.
During our two-day stay, we also had the opportunity to explore Katowice, learning more about its history, distinctive character, and modern transformation. Sightseeing together and spending time outside the office provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen team bonds, enjoy meaningful conversations, and build relationships in a relaxed setting.
Experiences like these remind us how important shared moments and a positive team atmosphere are—not only in the workplace but beyond it as well.
